This cardio and strength interval class is designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility as it combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help regain posture and alignment, strengthening the body from the inside out. Babies enjoy watching the workout alongside mom!
This class focuses on postures and breathing techniques that help moms to find their center and relax. Special attention is given to the realignment of the body, especially to tense shoulders and aching back brought on from carrying and nursing a growing baby. During the class babies (up to pre-crawling) can be close by on your mat or floor, or in a carrier. No crawlers.
